Return Period:
• You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return most items excluding used vehicles, golf carts, and trailers.
• Used vehicles are subject to a strict 24-hour return policy. Authorization must be obtained in writing from the company owner, along with a clear explanation
for the requested return.
• Special orders, clearance items, and installed accessories are not eligible for return.
Condition of Returned Items:
• Proof of purchase from Redline Performance Motorsports
• All returned items must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Used cars must be returned in the same condition as received with less than 100 additional miles driven.
• Installed accessories cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Process:
1. Contact us: Before initiating a return, contact our customer service team at 210-729-7776 or support@rpm-cars.com to obtain an (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item securely: Include the original packaging, tags, and all accessories.
3. Ship the item: Ship the item to the address provided on the RMA form. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
4. Return shipping costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Exchanges:
• We are happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability.
• You will be responsible for any difference in price and shipping costs.
Vehicles and Trailers:
• Used vehicles are purchased without warranty and sold as-is. We encourage you to have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of your choice before purchase
• While we don't offer warranties ourselves, you have the flexibility to purchase one from a third-party provider if you desire additional coverage.
• New trailers and golf carts will have a manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty information for details on coverage and service.
